PhiLings treatment is taking the world by storm in being able to provide your clients with instant skin tightening and collagen induction therapy using the world famous Plasma/Phi Ion Pen and Simplicity Microneedling Device. This service is a great add-on to any beauty services treatment menu and has a high return on investment.
The PhiLings palette consists of two anti-ageing rejuvenating and equally important treatments that can be used in combination or separately. Microneedling stimulates collagen production and growth factors within the skin and the Plasma / Phi Ion Pen is used to create skin tightening with an instant reduction of excess tissue without the need for surgery.
Each and every client deserves an individual approach in their skin rejuvenation journey. It is your professional responsibility to ensure that you are well equipped with devices, techniques, knowledge and aftercare. Understanding the skin, treatment parameters and protocols is essential to ensure your success and meeting your clients expectations.
During your training with us, Michaella will not only cover the use of equipment but also impart essential skin anatomy and physiology, go over skin conditions and wound healing cascade.
Your blended education includes a two day workshop and three months online learning. During your online education, you are required to study the lectures and video tutorials and complete the curriculum including submitting case studies to your Master educator.
The online learning levels must be completed within the given timeframe and is based on 15-20 hours of practice and study per week. It takes commitment, practice and perseverance to complete your online requirements. Only by successful completing both the workshop and the online learning, will you graduate to become a certified technician.
