Michaella has been at the forefront of the industry for many years, making significant contributions as a member of the New Zealand Association of Registered Beauty Professionals and serving as the Northland Representative. She has also held a portfolio on the Executive Committee for Cosmetic Tattooing, further solidifying her role as a trusted authority in the field.

In addition to her leadership roles, Michaella co-owned a NZQA registered private training establishment, where she played a key role in developing and delivering specialised training programs. Her expertise spans across microblading, cosmetic tattooing (eyeliner, lips, and eyebrows), laser and non-laser tattoo removal, and electrolysis. Michaella’s dedication to excellence led her to create micro-credentials that have empowered countless professionals to elevate their practice and knowledge.

After taking time to care for her family, Michaella has returned to her passion for training, founding Advanced Aesthetic Training. With this academy, Michaella continues to share her vast expertise with current colleagues and new students alike, ensuring the highest standards of skill development in the rapidly evolving world of aesthetics.
