Learn the theory at your own pace
Your online learning covers:
- Hair anatomy and growth cycles.
- Electrolysis methods, including thermolysis, galvanic and blend.
- The principles of red vein elimination.
- Client consultation, contraindications and treatment planning.
- Machine settings, probe selection and treatment responses.
- Infection prevention, safe practice and aftercare.
Online lectures are available before your workshop so you can prepare thoroughly. Complete the Blood Borne Pathogen and Infection Control component first, followed by the electrolysis learning.
Put your learning into practice
During the two-day workshop, you’ll develop your skills in probe insertion, selecting and adjusting treatment settings, assessing hair release and recognising skin responses. You’ll also practise red vein elimination within the treatment areas and scope taught.
Small-group guidance helps you understand how to adapt your approach to the client, treatment area and equipment, with time for questions and individual feedback.
Support beyond the workshop
Your learning continues with theory and practical assessments, including video submissions where required, and six months of online support as you develop your skills in clinic.
