Terms & Conditions of Enrolment
Welcome
Thank you for choosing Advanced Aesthetic Training.
We are committed to providing high-quality education, practical training and ongoing support. By enrolling in one of our courses, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Enrolment
Your place in a workshop is confirmed once your invoice has been paid or an agreed deposit has been received.
Following payment, students will receive access to the online learning platform, course resources and any associated digital learning materials relevant to their course.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all course fees must be paid before attending the practical workshop.
Failure to make payment may result in your enrolment being postponed until payment has been received.
Online Learning
Advanced Aesthetic Training uses the Skin Intellect online learning platform to deliver course content.
Students may receive immediate access to:
- Online lectures
- Educational videos
- Downloadable resources
- Assessments
- Bloodborne Pathogen & Infection Control Certification (where applicable)
- Additional learning materials
Students are encouraged to complete the online learning prior to attending the practical workshop to gain the maximum benefit from their hands-on training.
Refund Policy
Due to immediate access being provided to our online learning platform and digital course materials, course fees are non-refundable once payment has been received and online access has been issued.
Digital course materials cannot be returned or revoked once access has been granted.
Please ensure you are able to commit to the course before enrolling.
Workshop Transfers
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled practical workshop, we are happy to transfer your enrolment to another available workshop, subject to availability.
Where possible, transfer requests should be made as early as possible.
Workshop transfers are generally available for up to twelve (12) months from your original workshop date.
Student Substitutions
Where a clinic has enrolled an employee, a substitute participant may be nominated before online course access has been issued.
Once access to the online learning platform has been activated, enrolments are generally non-transferable unless approved in writing by Advanced Aesthetic Training.
Cancellation by Advanced Aesthetic Training
In the unlikely event that Advanced Aesthetic Training needs to postpone or cancel a workshop, students will be offered either:
- Transfer to the next available workshop; or
- A refund of any practical workshop fees paid if an alternative date cannot be agreed.
Advanced Aesthetic Training is not responsible for travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred by students.
